Compliance Evidence Studio

Twenty-eight guided hours for auditors who need a financial auditing app for compliance evidence collection to behave like a reliable workshop—not a dumping ground.

Presenter leading a professional workshop session

What you will leave able to do

  • Map controls to evidence types with stable tags and owners
  • Configure intake forms so source systems stay attributable
  • Produce an export package that second-line reviewers can navigate without a walkthrough call
  • Document sampling decisions beside the artifacts they affect
  • Run a weekly vault hygiene pass that actually gets finished

Course path

  1. Evidence philosophy before buttons

Why reviewers reject “complete” packs, and how narrative fields change the outcome.

  2. Control maps that survive reorganizations

Ownership, versioning, and what to do when a control owner leaves mid-cycle.

  3. App configuration lab

Hands-on setup of a financial auditing app for compliance evidence collection: folders, tags, retention, and permissions.

  4. Intake from messy systems

CSV exports, screenshots, and API pulls—keeping provenance when sources disagree.

  5. Sampling notes that travel

Linking sample logic to artifacts so the pack does not require tribal knowledge.

  6. Export rehearsal & peer critique

Timed review of classmate packs with structured feedback sheets.

Sooyeon Han

Former second-line reviewer for a Daegu industrial group, now designing curriculum for Agileappautomation. Sooyeon focuses on evidence trails that remain legible after personnel changes.

She co-authored our Evidence Vault method and still runs the export rehearsal sessions in person when cohorts meet in Suseong-gu.

From recent cohorts

“The export rehearsal was uncomfortable in a useful way. My first pack failed the peer critique for missing sampling rationale, then passed after a rewrite.”

— Jiwon Lee, SOX analyst

“App lab days were dense. The Vault Hygiene Intensive afterward helped me finish what the Studio started.”

— Client in logistics, Incheon

★★★★☆

“Strong on tagging discipline. Less coverage of ERP-specific connectors than I hoped—plan to supplement with vendor docs.”

Before you enroll

Do I need a specific auditing app license?

We provide a shared lab environment. You can map habits to your employer’s tool afterward, but connectors differ by vendor.

Is this suitable for beginners?

You should already understand basic control frameworks. Absolute newcomers to audit struggle with the pace of module three.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We cannot remediate inaccessible source systems. If your ERP blocks exports, the Studio teaches workaround documentation—not magic access.

How do refunds work?

See our Refund Policy. Seat transfers are often simpler than cancellations when schedules shift.
