Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments arranged through Agileappautomation invoices. Because this website does not process payments, refund requests refer to amounts paid via our offline invoicing process.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests received closer to the start date are assessed under partial refund or transfer rules below.

Full refund

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a seat in a later cohort at no additional tuition difference for the same path. If you cancel fourteen or more days before start and materials have not been released, you are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.

Partial refund

Cancellations between thirteen and five days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition, unless a seat transfer is arranged. After that window, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by law or as an exception granted in writing.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom case-packet production already completed for Assurance Circle runs, and completed private on-site facilitation days are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@agileappautomation.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the remitting account on the invoice.

Cancellation by Agileappautomation

We may cancel or reschedule for instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure. You will be offered a transfer or a full refund of tuition paid for the affected seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military obligations may qualify for extended transfer windows or goodwill refunds at our discretion. Seat transfers to a colleague at the same organization are often available when cancellation would otherwise forfeit tuition.
